Friends of the Jay County Public Library Annual Book Sale

The Friends of JCPL will be hosting their annual book sale during Tractor Engine Show. The dates for the sale will be Thursday, August 22 from 8 a.m.-7 p.m.; Friday, August 23 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Saturday, August 24 from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. NEW THIS YEAR- In lieu of a Friends Only sale, there will now be an Early Bird Sale with a $20 donation entry fee on Wednesday, August 22 from 5-7 p.m. (Any current Friends members who are active and paid 2024 fees will be allowed in for free.) The Friends will NOT be allowing anyone with scanners into the sale this year, in an attempt to keep the book selection fair for those who are buying to read and not re-sell. Book donations for the sale are always welcome and can be dropped off at the library at any time. (We do not accept textbooks, encyclopedias, moldy, or liquid damaged items. All donated items must be in good condition for the sale.)
